In order for us to organize our preparations properly, we need you and every other member of your 
party to please complete a preference list on confirmation of booking. The preference list is to help us 
to make your stay even more pleasurable by being aware of your preference's of food and beverages.

All bookings will be confirmed with a 50% deposit of the daily rate, the balance is payable on the day of 
arrival at the lodge. Payment should be made in cash or travellers cheques. Any cancellations within 
90 days not refundable.
